Na tarde dessa terça-feira (17 de novembro), véspera da abertura da Conferência de Líderes, aconteceu a reunião com os presidentes das convenções estaduais da Igreja Casa da Bênção – ICB.
Na pauta o novo procedimento para a consagração de novos oficiais e pastores, esse protocolo, deverá ser seguido em todas as superintendências e convenções estaduais, esse assunto tomou conta de grande parte do tempo. Outros assuntos como o Projeto Paulo, a Escola de Formação de Pastores, a expansão da ICB em Portugal e outros países, o curso Experiências de Fé e outros assuntos, foram falador durante essa tarde.
